Return/Replacement:

In case of a misplaced & defective product:

  • If the wrong product or defective product is found it can be returned immediately to the
    delivery man;
  • Check the item in front of the delivery man or shoot an unboxing video to claim;
  • Please do not break the seal of your received product and keep the delivery packaging &
    invoice till returned or replaced product delivered to you.

In case the customer changes his/her mind:

  • If you cancel the order at your doorstep, the delivery charge needs to be paid;Changes of mind are not applicable once you take the delivery and the delivery man
  • leave your location;

Refund/Exchange:

  • A refund policy will be applicable only when you made the payment but the product(s)
    is/are out of stock;
  • In terms of replacement, if the replacement is out of stock only then you can request the
    fund;
  • A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the 3
    calendar days;
  • In terms of a misplaced or defective product, the product must be sealed, wrapped, intact
    condition (as delivered);
  • If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 2-3 days via online
    banking/mobile banking;
  • If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will provide
    support right away.
  • If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 07 (seven) working
    days.
